Tony brings buildings to life. With his significant experience and broad understanding of issues, he gives clients a balanced, hands-on approach in a straightforward, responsive working relationship. He has an exceptional talent for blending the complex programmatic issues of large mixed-use with visual creative design and client service. His insights and expertise create a solid balance for successful projects. During his 25 years of design experience, Tony has produced an impressive body of work around the globe, with many successful, large scale projects. He has delivered innovative, leading solutions for projects throughout the U.S. and across the globe -- having designed projects in the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, South Africa, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Venezuela, Columbia and Ecuador. Many of those for repeat clients. Tony is noted for his ability to create dynamic and engaging environments, and his projects are often on the forefront of retail planning and design trends. He has a talent for understanding the client's vision and engaging those ideas and objectives in a well-balanced design strategy. Knowing that design begins long before the drawing commences, he takes an early lead in design charrettes to explore the project story and define a workable strategy. With a focus on mixed-use projects, he works primarily with private sector developers, and understands the key issues that drive profitable development. Tony holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tulane University, an NCARB Certificate, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
